You can use these oatmeal blends both as a cooked oatmeal or as overnight oats. There’s no need to worry about bitterness—just prep them the way you want!
We created these special superfood blends to add brain and immune support to your breakfast bowl, all through natural ingredients.
We do this by adding organic mushroom powders. Specifically lion’s mane and vitamin D mushroom powder, both of which retain their nutrients even after processing. Now, there’s no mushroom flavor. Trust me, you wouldn’t want to eat it if it tasted like mushrooms! But you still get the added nutrition. Like an excellent source of vitamin D and the brain-boosting benefits of lion’s mane.
I’ve been enjoying these almost every other day since we launched them a few months ago, and I think they’re fantastic. I know you’re going to love them, too! We offer two flavors: Blueberry Lemon Poppyseed, which is inspired by my favorite muffin, and Cinnamon & Spice, which features a wonderful warm allspice that is soothing for your gut as well.

What kind of mushrooms are in these blends? Do they really have no taste?
We use organic lion’s mane mushroom powder for brain support and agaricus bisporus for a great source of VIT. D2 with absolutely no mushroom taste!
Are these oats gluten-free and food allergy-friendly still?
Yes! These oats are still grown in a purity protocol manner and processed in our dedicated gluten-free facility that’s also free from the top allergens.
Are these oatmeal blends good for low-sugar diets?
These oatmeal blends are sweetned naturally with dried fruit only, there are no added sugars and 5g per serving.
